Every UK used device at Maville Technologies undergoes a 15-point inspection covering screen pixels, keyboard responsiveness, battery charge cycles, Wi-Fi card, SSD health, and thermals.
02.What is the difference between "Very Good", "Refurbished", and "Used"?
• New: Brand new in factory sealed box with original manufacturer accessories. • Very Good: Excellent cosmetic condition with minimal to no visible scratches. 80%+ battery health guarantee. • Refurbished: Factory or professionally restored devices with replaced worn components. • Used: Fully functional device with mild cosmetic wear (minor scuffs) offered at a discount.
03.How does delivery work across Nigeria?
We ship nationwide across all 36 states in Nigeria. Deliveries within Lagos arrive within 24 hours. Deliveries to Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, and main urban centers take 24–48 hours via top courier partners. Remote locations take 48–72 hours.
04.What payment options do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, online cards, and verified WhatsApp ordering. For Lagos deliveries, inspection upon delivery is supported.
05.Does my laptop come with a warranty?

It depends on the specific model! Our product cards clearly indicate if a laptop has "Upgradeable RAM" and "Additional SSD Slot". You can also request upgrades directly before shipping.
